I'm sorry you want to return one of my posters...Are you sure?

If you still want to make a return, keep reading.

The return period is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To begin processing your return, send an email to shop@barcedesign.com with the order number and the reason for your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.
If you have already done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us at shop@barcedesign.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at shop@barcedesign.com and send your item to: Carrer de Santa Clara 7-3, Girona, 17001, Spain.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Carrer de Santa Clara 7-3, Girona 17001, Spain.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
