Shipping

Shipping to Spain

  • Estimated delivery time: Between 1 and 4 business days for express shipping, and between 2 and 5 business days for standard shipping.
  • Shipping cost: Standard shipping €2.80 and express shipping €3.80 (Free on orders of €60 or more).
  • Local handling: All domestic orders are carefully prepared from my studio, using my selected papers to ensure maximum color fidelity and finish.

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

For international shipments, I collaborate with Printful, a print-on-demand company with centers worldwide. This allows me to send my illustrations to you wherever you are, reducing transportation times and customs.

  • Preparation time: Between 2 and 5 days.
  • Shipping time: Depends on the country, but usually between 2 and 6 days.
  • Shipping cost: Depending on the zone, it is calculated once you have entered your address in the cart.

*Note on finish: As this is an international local production process, the characteristics, color, and paper weight may vary slightly compared to the prints I personally manage and ship from Spain. But the essence and soul of the illustration remain exactly the same!

Returns and Exchanges

  • Geographical scope: Returns are only accepted for orders placed within Spain. International shipments are handled via print on demand, so no exchanges or returns are accepted for these orders (unless the product arrives defective or damaged).
  • Return period: For orders in Spain, you have a maximum of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the package to process and make the return.

  • Shipping costs: The transportation costs arising from the return will be borne by the buyer.
  • Refund: Once the product is received and after verifying that it is in perfect condition and in its original state, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method as the purchase.
  • How to process a return: To start the process, please send an email to shop@barcedesign.com indicating your order number so that we can provide you with the address and steps to follow.
